Price range and key specifications of iQOO Z9s and Z9s Pro have been unveiled before their India launch in August
The sub-brand of Vivo, iQOO, has officially announced that it will introduce its newest mid-range smartphones, the iQOO Z9s and Z9s Pro, in India on August 21. Prior to the launch event, the company has revealed several important specifications and pricing details for both devices.
The iQOO Z9s is expected to come with a Snapdragon 778G processor, a 120Hz AMOLED display, and a 64MP triple camera setup.
On the other hand, the iQOO Z9s Pro is rumored to be powered by a Snapdragon 888+ processor, a 144Hz AMOLED display, and a 108MP quad camera setup. Both devices are said to run on Android 12 out of the box with iQOO’s custom UI on top.
As for the pricing, the iQOO Z9s is expected to start at around Rs. 25,000, while the Z9s Pro is expected to be priced at around Rs. 35,000. Specifications for both the iQOO Z9s and Z9 Pro have been listed
iQOO has officially announced that the Z9s Pro will run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor and is expected to achieve a remarkable Antutu score surpassing 820K. This score is notably higher compared to the performance of other phones with the same chipset.
At the same time, the company has specified that the Z9s Pro will include a 120Hz 3D curved AMOLED display and offer a peak brightness of 4500 nits. iQOO claims that this will be the most luminous screen available in India for less than ₹25,000. The phone will be available in two colors: Flamboyant Orange and Luxe Marble.
The iQOO Z9s and Z9s Pro will come equipped with a 50MP Sony IMX 882 main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), 4K video recording, and Night Mode capabilities.
Both models will also include an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens. Additionally, iQOO has confirmed the presence of software features such as AI Photo Enhance and AI Erase.
