The platform utilizes artificial intelligence to provide a secure and efficient learning experience in any setting, be it at home or at school. Essentially, the realistic avatar acts as a personal study companion.
Students can avoid typing their questions into on-screen terminal windows and reading lengthy responses. Instead, they can engage in smooth conversations by simply clicking the microphone icon, facilitating a more natural dialogue.
All discussions are secured through encryption. Information about students is anonymized and compiled before internal technicians review the audio recordings. Parents have access to transcripts and recordings of their child’s sessions, ensuring transparency in the lessons.
EdYOU support representatives are accessible around the clock through in-app chat, email, and phone communications. Students and parents can consistently connect with a live individual.
