However, the laptop offers more than just a beautiful screen. I believe it has been carefully crafted to withstand the demands of modern life, such as the frequent need to use a laptop at a moment’s notice. These days, most work requires some level of mobility, making it crucial to have devices that are light, agile, and energy-efficient.
In my opinion, the Vivobook S16 OLED is a well-designed and compact laptop. What sets it apart is its slim 13.9 mm profile and lightweight 1.5 kg build. This is a major advantage for me, especially after using the heavier 2.5 kg Legion Pro 7i for an extended period of time – not to say that one is better than the other, as they both have unique features and serve different needs.
The sleek all-metal construction of the ASUS Vivobook S16 OLED exudes a premium quality. Additionally, its 180-degree ErgoLift hinge not only enhances the typing experience but also contributes to effective cooling.
The ErgoSense keyboard, a joy to use, is particularly advantageous for those engaged in extensive writing tasks. Furthermore, this laptop stands out as one of the pioneers with its enlarged 150×99 mm touchpad, offering ample space and precise cursor control.
I believe that the Vivobook S16 OLED is a great choice for professionals who need powerful performance, thanks to its 75Wh battery and impressive power optimization. With a battery life of around eight hours on a full charge, this laptop is perfect for boosting productivity during work hours.
Additionally, it features 90W Type-C fast charging to prevent any downtime due to low battery. In fact, the laptop can reach up to 60 percent charge in under an hour.
